1. Introduction Welcome to Mushajarat. We are committed to protecting your family’s privacy and lineage data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information within your family tree.
2. Information Collection We collect information provided by you or your family members, including:
- Personal Data: Names, dates of birth/death, gender, and family relationships.
- Contact Information: Phone numbers and emails for living members (optional and subject to privacy settings).
- Media: Photos and life milestones/biographies.
- Verification Documents: Evidence uploaded to support family claims (visible only to authorized Stewards).
3. The Claim & Approval System & Data Access
- Verification: Data added by members is considered a “Claim” and is not public until verified by a Branch or Family Steward.
- Stewards’ Role: Stewards have the authority to review, approve, or reject claims and evidence to ensure the integrity of the family tree.
- Audit Logs: To prevent unauthorized changes, every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.
4. Privacy Levels & Visibility Users and Stewards can set privacy levels for each profile:
- Public/Family/Branch: Limits visibility to specific circles.
- Minors’ Privacy: Profiles of individuals under 18 are automatically set to the highest privacy level (Branch-only) by default.
- Opt-out: Living members have the right to hide their contact details from the general family view.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Soft Delete: To preserve historical continuity, deleted profiles are archived rather than permanently erased, allowing Stewards to restore them if needed.
- Account Deletion: You may request to delete your personal user account at any time.
6. Security We implement robust technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, ensuring that your family heritage remains in safe hands.
1. مقدمة مرحباً بكم في تطبيق “مشجرات”. نحن نولي خصوصية عائلتكم وأنسابكم أهمية قصوى. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمعنا للبيانات واستخدامها وحمايتها داخل شجرة العائلة.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها نقوم بجمع البيانات التي تزودنا بها أنت أو أفراد عائلتك، وتشمل:
- البيانات الشخصية: الأسماء، تواريخ الميلاد/الوفاة، الجنس، وصلات القرابة.
- بيانات التواصل: أرقام الهواتف والبريد الإلكتروني للأعضاء الأحياء (اختياري ويخضع لإعدادات الخصوصية).
- الوسائط: الصور الشخصية، وأهم محطات الحياة والسير الذاتية.
- وثائق التحقق: الأدلة المرفقة لدعم المطالبات العائلية (تظهر للمشرفين المعتمدين فقط).
3. نظام المطالبة والوصول إلى البيانات
- التحقق: أي بيانات مضافة تعتبر “مطالبة” ولا تظهر للجميع إلا بعد اعتمادها من مضيف الفرع أو مضيف العائلة.
- دور المشرفين: يمتلك المشرفون صلاحية مراجعة وقبول أو رفض المطالبات والأدلة لضمان دقة الشجرة.
- سجل التدقيق: لضمان عدم التلاعب، يتم تسجيل كل حركة داخل التطبيق في سجل تدقيق غير قابل للتعديل.
4. مستويات الخصوصية والظهور يمكن للأعضاء والمشرفين تحديد مستوى الخصوصية لكل ملف شخصي:
- عام/للعائلة/للفرع: تقييد رؤية البيانات لدوائر محددة.
- خصوصية القصر: يتم ضبط ملفات الأفراد دون سن 18 تلقائياً على أعلى مستوى خصوصية (للفرع فقط) بشكل افتراضي.
- إخفاء البيانات: يحق للأعضاء الأحياء إخفاء بيانات تواصلهم عن بقية أفراد العائلة.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- الأرشفة (الحذف الناعم): للحفاظ على التسلسل التاريخي، يتم أرشفة الملفات المحذوفة بدلاً من مسحها نهائياً، مما يتيح للمشرفين استعادتها عند الضرورة.
- حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك الشخصي كمستخدم في أي وقت.
6. أمن المعلومات نحن نطبق إجراءات تقنية صارمة لحماية بياناتكم من الوصول غير المصرح به، لضمان بقاء إرث عائلتكم في أيدٍ أمينة.
